A SEO Money Back Guarantee can be given, because I strongly assert that SEO is like a science and works in a field of probabilities. Even though nothing is 100% certain; lacking a few degrees of certainty doesn’t mean you can’t give guarantees. Then see what new kinds of strategies they are doing, if they give you the same 10 steps that all of the other seo companies have then they probably aren’t any good. Also check to see how competitive their prices are, some where in the range of $500 to $1000, if they are cheaper than that then it’s probable not worth it. You can choose any keyword. However, every keyword is like running a separate race which can be easy or hard to win depending on the strength of the competition. After, analysis I will determine whether I can achieve page 1 results within 90 days. If I am not confident I can, I will decline the job or suggest other keywords I can.

Sorry, you would be completely wrong. Google themselves state the following:
“No one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google. Beware of SEO’s that claim to guarantee rankings.”
Your misunderstanding is common – I do not promise No 1 in Google but PAGE 1 in Google. In other words in the top 10. I do this, because I want to shift the risk from the customer to the SEO’er. After all, we SEO are the experts and should carry the risk not you!
Furthermore, I believe there are too many SEO companies who get of the hook by not promising anything. Believe me, I would prefer not to work with a guarantee it would make my life easier. Guarantees, sets a standard for me that makes me perform consistently at a high level.
