Best Way To Communicate As A Business To Generate Leads

In order to generate leads and build rapport face to face meetings are always the best way to give the best impression of what your business can offer -that is assuming you know your stuff, you are socially adept, and can present things in a compelling way. However, let us face it that nowadays meetings are slow, costly, and impractical when you are trying to reach out to as many people as quick as possible. Here are some alternatives that you should consider to reach out to your customer base by bringing them to you instead of going out to them.

* Simply chat to friends and relatives

* Join your local BNI group or look for a local meeting using meetup.com

* Organize free or paid seminars with valuable content whilst you offer your services. Hold this at a local hotel or an appropriate meeting room

* Create a lead capture page to sign people up for a Webinar (interactive video presentation). Make sure you record the session, which you can playback repeatedly on a weekly or monthly basis

* Ditto as above but this time for a teleconference

* Unleash the speaker in you – become a guest speaker and make yourself known to relevant clubs, radio, broadcast service, societies, and social events

* Create an e-book or video series and offer it free in exchange for their contact details

* Create a series of videos and use it set up your own channel – like in YouTube

* Blog and submit interesting articles regularly

* Read top blogs and forums in your industry and comment accordingly with link back to your own blog

* Get on to Twitter, tweet good information, and build up a following

* Create a library of voice recordings from video or telephone and distribute those using video and podcasting sites

Obviously, there are many other ways to communicate, but in my experience, the above list is likely to yield results in generating some good leads. However, whatever you do, do it with passion to add value, persistence to succeed.
